Reservations less than 5 must be cancelled 72 HOURS in advance of your trip to be eligible for a refund. Reservations of 5 or more must be cancelled 5 DAYS prior to trip.
You are not eligible for a refund if you arrive late or fail to show up for your scheduled trip.
Do not reserve more spaces than you are willing to pay for. Once you have reserved a seat, you will be strictly held to the cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel a reservation or provide insufficient notice of cancellation, you WILL be charged full trip fare for all reserved spaces.
In the event a trip is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions (to be determined only by the Captain), you have the option of rescheduling a future trip or requesting a full refund. We will make every effort to provide you with ample notice of weather related trip cancellations. The Ocean Princess is not responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred as the result of a cancelled trip.
All group and special pricing deposits are non-refundable as stated in the e-mail describing the particulars for your group or special price. Once a non-refundable deposit is received you do not have the option of cancelling your trip, only the captain can cancel a trip.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for groups of less than 5. Reservations of 5 or more must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of trip. If inclement weather causes a no sail, only to be determined by the Captain, then you will receive a full refund or you may rebook. No one will be allowed on board without a mask. We will not provide masks so make sure you bring your own. Boarding will begin one half hour before departure time.
